- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support the organization's mission and goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
- Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with management and HR team to identify and address employee development needs.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and resolve HR-related issues and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in the design and implementation of performance management processes.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective hiring and onboarding strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and promote a positive and engaging work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
7+ Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Strategic Hr Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives To Support Organizational Goals.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
