
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide evidence-based therapy to patients of all ages with a variety of communication disorders, including but not limited to articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about communication disorders, treatment plans, and strategies for improving communication skills.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the provision of services.
- Maintain a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of interdisciplinary treatment plans.
- Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences to further professional development.
- Comply with all safety and infection control procedures.

Master's Degree In Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited University.
Current State Licensure And Certification In Speech-Language Pathology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working As A Speech-Language Pathologist.
Strong Knowledge Of Speech And Language Disorders, As Well As Current Treatment Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
