Site Supervisor

1. Oversee Operations: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at multiple healthcare sites within LifeBridge Health. This includes ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and that each site is functioning efficiently.
2. Monitor Staff Performance: It will be the responsibility of the Site Supervisor to monitor the performance of staff at each site, ensuring that they are meeting their job expectations and providing high-quality patient care.
3. Provide Leadership: The Site Supervisor will serve as a leader to all staff members at the healthcare sites. They will need to motivate and inspire their team to provide the best possible care to patients.
4. Ensure Compliance: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all healthcare sites are in compliance with industry regulations and LifeBridge Health policies. This includes maintaining accurate records and regularly auditing processes.
5. Manage Scheduling: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all healthcare sites. They will also need to address any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise.
6. Collaborate with Other Departments: The Site Supervisor will work closely with other departments within LifeBridge Health, such as Human Resources, Finance, and Quality Assurance, to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
7. Train and Develop Staff: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for training and developing new and existing staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
8. Address Patient Concerns: As a representative of LifeBridge Health, the Site Supervisor will need to respond to any patient concerns or complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
9. Budget Management: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the budget for their assigned healthcare sites, including monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
