Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Simulation Technician to join our LifeBridge Health team. In this role, you will be a valuable member of our simulation team, responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our simulation mannequins and related equipment. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Setup, operate, and maintain simulation mannequins and related equipment.
  2. Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot any issues with the simulation mannequins and related equipment.
  3. Ensure that the simulation mannequins and related equipment are functioning properly and in compliance with safety standards.
  4. Develop and implement innovative learning experiences using simulation technology.
  5. Monitor and assess patient safety protocols related to the use of simulation mannequins.
  6. Track and report the performance of the simulation mannequins and related equipment.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all simulations and related activities.
  8. Manage the inventory of simulation mannequins and related equipment.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that simulations are conducted in accordance with established protocols.
  10. Ensure the safety and security of all simulation materials and equipment.
