- Develop and implement strategies to improve service excellence and performance within the organization.
- Coach and train team members on best practices for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop action plans for addressing service and performance gaps.
- Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources for service excellence and performance improvement.
- Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to service excellence and performance improvement.
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations And/Or Performance Improvement.
Strong Understanding Of Service Excellence Principles And Experience Implementing Performance Improvement Initiatives.
Exceptional Communication And Coaching Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Staff At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Positive Results And Improving Overall Patient Satisfaction Scores.
