- Develop and maintain complex data models to identify trends and patterns in healthcare data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify opportunities for improvement in healthcare operations.
- Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate data findings to key stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve data quality and integrity.

- Lead and mentor junior data analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure data governance and security protocols are followed.
- Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare data and provide guidance to inform decision making.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve healthcare outcomes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and analyze data for research and reporting purposes.
- Communicate and present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Proactively identify and address data quality issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of data systems and processes to support data analysis and reporting.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Sql, Python, And/Or R For Data Manipulation And Analysis.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Draw Actionable Insights.
Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Present Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
