Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking a PRN RN Nursing Student to join our dynamic and innovative team.   1. Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of experienced nurses.
  2. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.
  4. Assist with patient assessments, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration.
  5. Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  6. Participate in educational and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety measures to prevent the spread of diseases.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  9. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
  10. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
  11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards learning and development.
  12. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  14. Provide support and assistance to experienced nurses as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Enrollment In An Accredited Nursing Program: The Candidate Must Be Currently Enrolled In A Nursing Program That Is Recognized By An Accrediting Body.

  • Basic Life Support Certification: A Current And Valid Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification Is Essential For Any Nursing Student, As It Ensures The Ability To Provide Emergency Care In Case Of A Crisis.

  • Clinical Experience: Prior Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred, As It Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Apply Theoretical Knowledge In A Practical Setting.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Prn Nursing Student, Effective Communication With Patients, Family Members, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.

  • Ability To Work Flexible Hours: As A Prn Employee, The Nursing Student Must Be Available To Work On An As-Needed Basis, Including Weekends, Evenings, And Holidays. Flexibility In Scheduling Is A Key Qualification For This Role.
