RN - Nurse Resident

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality care to patients in accordance with LifeBridge Health standards
• Work closely with physicians and other care team members in order to provide comprehensive patient care
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and other staff members
• Utilize critical thinking ability to assess and evaluate patient care needs
• Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations related to nursing practice
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Demonstrate commitment to outstanding customer service
• Participate in continuing education activities to stay current with best practices and advances in nursing care
• Perform other duties as assigned
