  1. Provide exceptional patient care in the Emergency Department of Sinai Hospital.
  2. Work collaboratively with experienced nurses to provide high-quality care to patients.
  3. Participate in a comprehensive orientation and training program to develop skills and knowledge in the emergency nursing specialty.
  4. Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development.
  5. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  7. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  8. Monitor and assess patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  9. Educate patients and their families on their health conditions and treatment plans.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met.
  14. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

  16. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback for process improvement.
  17. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or An Equivalent Degree From An Accredited Nursing Program.

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Maryland.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As An Rn In An Acute Care Setting, Preferably In An Emergency Department.
