Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nurse Resident/Nurse Graduate to join our team and care bravely for our patients.   13. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  14. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during their time in the emergency room.
  15. Act as a role model for new nurses and student nurses, demonstrating best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License In The State Of Maryland, Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution Is Typically Required For This Position.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: The Candidate Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association Or The American Red Cross.

  • Prior Experience In Emergency Room: Previous Experience Working In An Emergency Room Setting Is Preferred, Although Not Always Required.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Think Quickly And Critically In High-Stress Situations. This Includes The Ability To Work Well With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
