RN FLOAT POOL - Part Time Nights

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team on a part-time night schedule. As a Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of units and gain valuable experience while providing exceptional patient care. 1. Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care to individuals in the community.
2. Work as a part of the Float Pool team and be willing to work on a rotating schedule.
3. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by working in various units within the healthcare facility.
4. Utilize excellent nursing skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care to patients.
5. Follow established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
7. Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
8. Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide patient education in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documentation of assessments, treatments, and medications.

11. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.
12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
