Job Description

LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced Risk Management Consultant to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective risk management strategies and processes to protect the organization from potential risks. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in healthcare risk management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.Qualifications:• A Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Healthcare Administration or related field• A minimum of five years of experience in risk management, preferably within the healthcare industry• Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations and standards • Proven ability to develop and implement risk management plans and processes• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organizationIf you have a passion for risk management and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and processes.
  2. Monitor and evaluate existing risk management procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Analyze and evaluate potential risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  4. Develop and maintain effective internal communication systems to ensure the proper flow of information about risk management processes.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk management standards and regulations.
  6. Create and maintain accurate records of risk management activities.
  7. Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management plans and protocols.
  8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and vendors.
  9. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and best practices in the field and recommend modifications to risk management plans accordingly.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on risk management progress and initiatives.
