Revenue Cycle Training and Project Manager

LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Training and Project Manager to join our Revenue Cycle and Revenue Integrity team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and project management, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to our patients.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field• 3+ years of revenue cycle experience in a healthcare environment• 3+ years of training and/or project management experience• Experience in developing and delivering training programs• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills• Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem solve

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training programs for the Revenue Cycle and Revenue Integrity team.
2. Manage all projects related to the Revenue Cycle and Revenue Integrity team.
3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current training and project management systems.
4. Develop and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
5. Develop and present reports and metrics to management.
6. Utilize MS Office Suite to create detailed reports and presentations.
7. Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback and guidance.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and procedures.
9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
