- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of respiratory issues, including but not limited to asthma, COPD, and lung infections.
- Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate respiratory care plan for each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory diseases, treatments, and self-management techniques.
- Document all respiratory care provided in patient medical records.
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of respiratory care through continuing education and training.
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care.

Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Care Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Care Or A Related Field Is Required For A Respiratory Care Prac-Rrt Position At Lifebridge Health.
