  1. Lead and manage a team of residential staff members to provide exceptional care to patients and their families.
  2. Mentor and guide team members to ensure they are delivering compassionate care and upholding the organization's values.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the team.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Social Work.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In A Residential Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Diverse Team.

  • Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Residential Healthcare Facilities.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Care Plans, As Well As Managing And Evaluating Staff Performance.
