Job Description

The Residency Assistant Program Director for Ambulatory Training at LifeBridge Health is a key role in the successful delivery of medical education and training for residents in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for teaching and a commitment to excellence in medical education. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the residency program, including recruitment, curriculum development, and overall program administration. We are looking for an individual who is an excellent communicator and has excellent organizational and administrative skills. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of current medical education trends, and possess the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the residency team. The following qualifications are required:• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience• Minimum of five years of experience in residency program administration• Ability to develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures• Knowledge of current medical education trends• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work collaboratively with members of the residency teamWe are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of medical education to our residents, and who is ready to join a dynamic and collaborative team. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee recruitment, curriculum development, and overall program administration for the residency program.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the residency program.
  3. Remain up to date with current medical education trends.
  4. Communicate effectively with members of the residency team.
  5. Build a collaborative team environment.
  6. Provide high quality medical education to residents.
  7. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
  8. Develop and assess performance metrics for the residency program.
  9. Develop and foster relationships with external stakeholders.
  10. Manage budget and resources for the residency program.
