- Assist patients in their journey to recovery by providing physical and emotional support throughout their rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide hands-on assistance and guidance to patients during rehabilitation exercises and activities.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients during therapy sessions.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting and supportive relationship with patients.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
- Act as a positive role model and maintain a professional and ethical behavior at all times.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Completion Of An Accredited Rehabilitation Assistant Training Program Or Equivalent Experience.
Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls).
Experience Working With Individuals With Physical Or Cognitive Disabilities.
