1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
2. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
3. Monitor and assess patient health status, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatments.
4. Educate patients and their families on health and wellness, as well as disease management and prevention.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
6. Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient conditions and emergencies.
7. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
8. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and standards.
9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
10. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care.
11. Act as a mentor and resource for new staff members and nursing students.
12. Demonstrate professionalism and uphold the values and mission of LifeBridge Health.
13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance patient care and outcomes.
