- Provide exceptional and compassionate nursing care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions in the Ortho/Trauma department.
- Utilize strong clinical knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For The Role Of A Registered Nurse I In Ortho/Trauma At Lifebridge Health. This Degree Ensures That The Nurse Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.
Current Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Registered Nurse License In The State Of Employment. This License Is A Mandatory Requirement To Practice As A Nurse And Ensures That The Candidate Is Qualified To Perform Nursing Duties.
Acls And Bls Certification: The Candidate Must Have Current Certifications In Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls). These Certifications Ensure That The Nurse Is Trained And Competent In Handling Emergency Situations And Providing Life-Saving Interventions.
Previous Orthopedic And Trauma Nursing Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In The Orthopedic And Trauma Department. This Experience Will Enable The Nurse To Provide Specialized Care To Patients With Musculoskeletal Injuries And Complex Trauma.
