Job Description

Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team? LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit on the night shift.   1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
  2. Utilize expertise in critical care nursing to monitor and assess patients' condition.
  3. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
  6. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  7. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  8. Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in cardiovascular nursing.
  10. Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  12. Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  13. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide lifesaving interventions as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) Licensure In The State Of Maryland.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Critical Care Setting, Preferably In A Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (Cvicu).

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
