1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to critically ill patients in our High-Intensity Care Unit.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
3. Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care practices.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
5. Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to physicians, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
6. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patient needs.
7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.
8. Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.
9. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve patient care processes.
11. Maintain a valid RN license and stay current on all certifications, including ACLS and BLS.
12. Act as a patient advocate and promote patient and family involvement in care decisions.
13. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in critical care.
