PRN Nursing Student

We are looking for a PRN Nursing Student to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing safe, quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a commitment to patient care. The successful candidate will be a student in a nursing program, currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. The PRN Nursing Student will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of departments and participate in patient care activities. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of safe, quality patient care
• Participate in patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Exhibit a professional attitude and demeanor while providing care
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Document patient records accurately
• Assist in a variety of departments as needed
• Attend regular staff meetings and in-service training sessions
• Keep up to date with advances in healthcare technology and procedures
• Adhere to all laws and regulations related to healthcare
