Primary Care Physician

LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team in providing quality, comprehensive care to our patients. Our ideal candidate is a board-certified physician with an exemplary record of providing patient-centered care, strong bedside manner, and the ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat a range of medical issues. In addition to being a compassionate and committed provider, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with support staff and across departments. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality, comprehensive care to patients through diagnosis and treatment of a range of medical issues.
2. Utilize a patient-centered approach to care that is tailored to the patient’s individual needs.
3. Maintain a strong bedside manner and excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
4. Exercise sound judgment and critical thinking to assess and manage patient care.
5. Collaborate effectively with other staff members and departments to ensure successful patient outcomes.
6. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
7. Develop and implement patient-care plans.
8. Adhere to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and protocols.
9. Stay current with the latest advances in medicine and medical technology.
