
Practice Manager - PPO

- Oversee the overall operations and management of the PPO practice, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and enhance the patient experience within the practice.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor and assess practice performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between the practice and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, vendors, and community organizations.
- Develop and manage the practice budget, including financial planning and forecasting, expense control, and revenue generation.
- Ensure the practice is equipped with necessary supplies, equipment, and technology to provide high-quality patient care.
- Maintain open communication with patients, addressing any concerns or issues and striving to continuously improve patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure the practice remains compliant and competitive.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, inclusivity, and a shared commitment to the mission and values of LifeBridge Health.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the growth and success of the practice and LifeBridge Health as a whole.
- Represent the practice and LifeBridge Health in a professional manner at all times, promoting a positive image and reputation within the community.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably With A Ppo.
Strong Understanding Of Ppo Operations, Including Contract Negotiation, Claims Processing, And Provider Relations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Within The Organization.
Experience With Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Strategic Planning To Effectively Manage The Financial Performance Of The Ppo.
