  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  5. Monitor and analyze practice performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for success.
  6. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  7. Manage the practice budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve financial goals.

  9. Act as a liaison between the practice and the larger healthcare organization, promoting and supporting organizational initiatives.

  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the practice's services.
  12. Collaborate with other departments and leaders within the organization to improve overall patient experience and outcomes.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
  14. Serve as a role model and mentor for staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Primary Care Or Multi-Specialty Practice Setting.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Health Record Systems And Other Healthcare Technology, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Informed Decisions For Practice Improvement.
