  1. Perform orthopedic foot and ankle surgeries with precision and expertise.
  2. Conduct pre-operative consultations and evaluations with patients to determine surgical needs.
  3. Provide post-operative care and follow-up appointments to ensure successful recovery.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and physical therapists, to coordinate patient care.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery to continuously improve patient outcomes.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
  7. Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options in a clear and compassionate manner.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and sterile surgical environment.
  9. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
  10. Act with professionalism and integrity, upholding the highest ethical standards in patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: A Minimum Of A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree Is Required To Become A Physician.

  • Board Certification: The Candidate Must Be Board Certified In Orthopedic Surgery By The American Board Of Orthopaedic Surgery (Abos).

  • Fellowship Training: Completion Of A Fellowship Program In Foot And Ankle Surgery Is Preferred.

  • State Licensure: The Physician Must Hold A Valid State Medical License To Practice In The State Of Maryland.

  • Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Orthopedic Surgeon With A Focus On Foot And Ankle Surgery Is Preferred.
