- Provide exceptional medical care to patients in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and research in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other medical staff to address any concerns or questions.
- Perform thorough examinations and evaluate medical history to accurately diagnose and treat patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds and blood work, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
- Monitor and manage high-risk pregnancies and complications during labor and delivery.
- Perform surgical procedures, such as C-sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopies, as needed.
- Educate patients on preventive care and promote overall health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the medical field.
- Participate in departmental meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure proper coverage and reimbursement for patient care.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
- Represent the healthcare system and maintain a positive image within the community.
Medical Degree: A Physician/Ob-Gyn Generalist At Lifebridge Health Must Possess An Md Or Do Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Board Certification: Candidates Must Be Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Obstetrics And Gynecology By The American Board Of Obstetrics And Gynecology.
Active Medical License: Applicants Must Hold An Active Medical License In The State Of Maryland Or Be Eligible For Licensure.
Clinical Experience: Lifebridge Health Is Seeking Candidates With At Least 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In Obstetrics And Gynecology.
