- Provide high-quality medical care to patients admitted to the hospital as a Hospitalist.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor and manage patients' medical conditions, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide input on patient care plans.
- Stay current with medical and technological advancements, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with hospital administration to improve processes and enhance patient satisfaction.

Medical Degree And Board Certification: A Physician Employed As A Prn Hospitalist At Lifebridge Health Is Required To Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Medical School And Be Board Certified In Their Specialty.
Active State Medical License: Candidates Must Have An Active And Unrestricted State Medical License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Experience In Hospital Medicine: The Ideal Candidate Will Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Hospitalist, With A Strong Understanding Of Inpatient Care And Management.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: As A Hospitalist, The Physician Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential.
