1. Provide high-quality medical care to patients admitted to the hospital as a Hospitalist.
2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
3. Monitor and manage patients' medical conditions, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
4. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately and timely.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans and progress.
6. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
8. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide input on patient care plans.
