1. Provide compassionate and high-quality physical therapy services to patients at LifeBridge Health.
2. Evaluate patients' medical history and physical conditions to develop an individualized treatment plan.
3. Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to improve patients' functional mobility and overall quality of life.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and integrate patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatments, and equipment usage to promote independence and self-care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations.
7. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations, in all patient interactions and treatments.
8. Continuously assess and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
9. Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment by collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and sharing knowledge and expertise.
