- Provide compassionate and high-quality physical therapy services to patients at LifeBridge Health.
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical conditions to develop an individualized treatment plan.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to improve patients' functional mobility and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and integrate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatments, and equipment usage to promote independence and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge recommendations.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as state and federal regulations, in all patient interactions and treatments.
- Continuously assess and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment by collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Represent LifeBridge Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current State License Or Eligibility For State Licensure As A Physical Therapist.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Rehabilitation Center.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Treatment Techniques And Modalities.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team To Develop And Implement Individualized Treatment Plans For Patients.
