  1. Supervise and oversee a team of Pharmacy Technicians to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services.
  2. Provide guidance, direction, and support to Pharmacy Technicians in their daily responsibilities.
  3. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines related to the handling, storage, and dispensing of medications.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
  5. Train and develop Pharmacy Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to Pharmacy Technicians to promote growth and improvement.
  7. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery and administration.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to provide exceptional patient care.
  10. Keep up-to-date with new medication and pharmacy-related developments, and implement any necessary changes to improve workflow and patient outcomes.
  11. Monitor and evaluate departmental processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  12. Handle and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise within the Pharmacy Technician team.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  14. Participate in departmental and organizational meetings, trainings, and initiatives to promote learning and growth.
  15. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of LifeBridge Health in all aspects of job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Pharmacy Technician In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Completion Of A Pharmacy Technician Certification Program Or Equivalent.

  • Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Pharmacy Technicians.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Medication Dispensing, Inventory Management, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals.
