1. Assist with filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
2. Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner to ensure their needs are met.
3. Utilize pharmacy software and technology to process and track prescriptions.
4. Maintain proper storage and handling of medications in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
5. Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify prescription information.
6. Maintain accurate inventory and assist with ordering and restocking medication supplies.
7. Educate patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.
8. Collaborate with other pharmacy team members to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
9. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the pharmacy.
10. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
11. Assist with training new pharmacy team members.
12. Keep up-to-date with developments in the field of pharmacy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
13. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints.
14. Follow all policies and procedures set forth by LifeBridge Health.
15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
16. Comply with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations.
17. Represent LifeBridge Health and the retail pharmacy department in a professional and positive manner at all times.
18. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and efficiency.
19. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervisor.
