  1. Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, conducting routine check-ups, and managing chronic conditions.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to explain medical conditions, treatment plans, and answer any questions or concerns.
  3. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
  5. Stay current on developments and advancements in pediatric medicine and incorporate new practices and techniques into patient care.
  6. Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, laws, and regulations.
  7. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the pediatric department and across other departments within LifeBridge Health.
  9. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  10. Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Serve as a mentor to medical students and residents, as applicable.
  12. Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote pediatric health and wellness.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  14. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy laws and regulations.
  15. Represent LifeBridge Health in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Pediatrics By The American Board Of Pediatrics Or Equivalent.

  • Medical Degree: A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School Is Required.

  • State License: A Valid State Medical License To Practice As A Pediatrician Is Necessary.

  • Residency Training: Completion Of An Accredited Pediatric Residency Program Is Preferred.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication, Empathy, And Teamwork Skills Are Essential To Effectively Interact With Patients And Their Families.
