  1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing patients' needs and concerns with empathy and compassion.
  3. Organize and maintain patient information and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and tests for patients.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
  6. Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and collecting necessary paperwork.
  7. Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
  8. Keep track of patient flow and manage wait times to minimize patient discomfort.
  9. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in the outpatient center.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  11. Participate in training and maintain knowledge of current policies, procedures, and regulations related to patient care.
  12. Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families.
  13. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by collaborating with team members and displaying a positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Healthcare Team Members Is Essential For A Patient Service Associate At An Outpatient Rapid Observation Center. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
