- Greet and welcome patients and their families to Grace Medical Center with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently and accurately register patients for appointments, procedures, and admissions, while adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information, ensuring accuracy and completeness for billing and medical records purposes.
- Utilize computer systems and software to enter and update patient information, appointments, and schedules.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure a smooth and seamless registration process for patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Identify and address any potential issues or errors in patient registration, and work to resolve them promptly and accurately.
- Follow established protocols for handling patient payments, including collecting copays and deductibles.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Serve as a resource to patients and their families, providing information about hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For The Position Of Patient Registration Associate At Grace Medical Center.
Previous Experience In Healthcare: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Registration Or A Related Role.
