- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients at Uni-SHB.
- Support and assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, including frequent disinfection of equipment and patient rooms.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to patient needs and requests.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Patient Care Associate At Lifebridge Health Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education To Demonstrate Basic Academic Skills And Knowledge.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Lifebridge Health Requires Patient Care Associates To Have A Cna Certification, Which Proves They Have Completed A State-Approved Training Program And Are Qualified To Provide Basic Patient Care.
Basic Medical Knowledge And Terminology: Patient Care Associates Must Possess A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures To Accurately Communicate With Healthcare Professionals And Assist With Patient Care Tasks.
