  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in accordance with LifeBridge Health's standards and protocols.
  2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  3. Monitor and record vital signs of patients, reporting any significant changes to the appropriate medical staff.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members, ensuring that all needs and concerns are addressed.
  6. Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  7. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  8. Continuously strive to improve patient care by seeking out opportunities for learning and growth.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability by consistently arriving on time, completing assigned tasks, and following through on responsibilities.
  11. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
  12. Assist in the transportation of patients within the facility as needed.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to safety, health, and confidentiality.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  15. Continuously evaluate and assess patient needs, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Patient Care Associate I-Union At Lifebridge Health Is Required To Possess At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Candidates Applying For This Role Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) In Order To Provide Emergency Care To Patients.

  • Previous Healthcare Experience: A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Preferred For This Position.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Patient Care Associate, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential In Order To Effectively Interact With Patients, Their Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: This Role Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment, Demonstrating Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills.
