Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Operations Assistant Traffic Enforcement. In this role, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and parking operations at our facilities.   1. Monitor traffic flow and parking operations at our facilities to ensure efficient and safe movement of vehicles.
  2. Enforce parking regulations and policies to maintain order and maximize parking availability.
  3. Assist with directing traffic and providing guidance to drivers entering and exiting the facilities.
  4. Respond to and resolve any parking-related issues or concerns from patients, visitors, and staff.
  5. Maintain accurate records of parking violations and issue citations as needed.
  6. Collaborate with security and other team members to maintain a secure and organized parking environment.
  7. Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner to provide assistance and address any parking inquiries.
  8. Conduct regular patrols of parking lots to identify and report any potential safety hazards.
  9. Assist with managing parking inventory and ensuring proper maintenance of parking equipment.
  10. Continuously monitor and report on parking lot capacity and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  11. Attend training and meetings to stay updated on traffic and parking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive image of our organization to patients, visitors, and staff.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate parking needs for special events and high-volume days.
  14. Maintain a professional and organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Parking Operations Manager.

  • Knowledge Of Parking Regulations: A Parking Operations Assistant Traffic Enforcement Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Parking Rules And Regulations, Including Any Specific Policies And Procedures At Lifebridge Health Facilities.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication With Drivers, Colleagues, And Other Departments At Lifebridge Health. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Enforce Parking Regulations And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: The Parking Operations Assistant Traffic Enforcement Must Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Carefully Review Parking Permits, Tickets, And Other Documents To Ensure Accuracy And Compliance.

  • Customer Service Skills: As The First Point Of Contact For Parking-Related Inquiries And Concerns, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes Being Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Job May Require Walking, Standing, And Patrolling Parking Areas For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Work In All Weather Conditions.
