Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented OR Room Assistant Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the OR Room as well as providing support in preparation for surgery, and will help provide our patients with the highest quality of care.The ideal OR Room Assistant Specialist candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. An associate's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but will consider candidates with relevant experience. The ideal candidate should also be patient-centric, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.We are looking for candidates who are reliable and have a positive, team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the daily operations of the OR Room.
  2. Prepare for surgery by gathering supplies and equipment.
  3. Provide support to physicians and nurses throughout the surgical procedure.
  4. Ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized OR Room environment.
  6. Develop and maintain strong communication and organizational skills.
  7. Work in a fast-paced environment and provide superior customer service.
  8. Remain reliable and have a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  9. Follow standards of safety and infection control protocols.
  10. Monitor equipment and supplies inventory and order new items when needed.
