  1. Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Scheduling appointments for patients and coordinating with healthcare providers.
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and information.
  5. Handling patient inquiries and providing information about services offered by LifeBridge Health.
  6. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  7. Coordinating patient referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities.
  8. Managing patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  9. Collaborating with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
  10. Resolving any issues or complaints from patients or visitors in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  12. Adhering to all HIPAA guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  13. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  14. Assisting with insurance verification and billing processes.
  15. Demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  16. Performing other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or other superiors.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Demonstrates Basic Knowledge And Skills In Areas Such As Communication, Organization, And Computer Proficiency.

  • Previous Administrative Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Shows A Familiarity With Office Procedures, Scheduling, And Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For This Position. This Includes Understanding Of Common Medical Abbreviations, Diagnoses, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Office/Front Desk Assistant, You Will Be Interacting With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Ability To Multi-Task And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: This Position Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities Simultaneously While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail. Candidates Should Demonstrate The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And In A Fast-Paced Environment.
