Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
3. Develop and maintain good relationships with patients and their families.
4. Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
5. Ensure all relevant patient information is accurately documented and updated.
6. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
7. Follow established safety protocols and practice evidence-based nursing.
8. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
9. Participate in nursing education activities and continuing education programs.
10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
