  1. Utilize knowledge and expertise in both nursing and informatics to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care at LifeBridge Health.
  2. Play a key role in revolutionizing healthcare through the use of technology.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in healthcare technology and informatics.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  5. Develop and implement informatics strategies and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare processes.
  6. Train and educate healthcare staff on best practices for utilizing technology and informatics in patient care.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for healthcare technology and patient data.
  9. Serve as a resource for staff and management on all aspects of nursing informatics.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the use of technology in healthcare.
  11. Act as a liaison between clinical staff and IT department to address any issues or concerns related to healthcare technology.
  12. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement new technology and systems.
  13. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement new technology-based initiatives.
  14. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all projects and initiatives.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the usability and functionality of healthcare technology systems.
  16. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology.
  17. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to healthcare technology and informatics.
  18. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Informatics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Nursing Practice And Healthcare Information Technology.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Technology Systems, Including Electronic Health Records And Clinical Decision Support.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Staff On The Use Of Healthcare Technology Systems.
