- Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure accurate and efficient collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address gaps in technology and data systems, and develop solutions to improve clinical workflows and patient care.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and technology teams, effectively communicating and translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Train and educate clinical staff on the use of technology and data systems in order to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in patient care.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in healthcare technology and informatics, and make recommendations for their integration into current systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with technology and data systems, and work with appropriate teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials related to technology and data systems for internal use.
- Participate in project planning and implementation of new technology and data initiatives, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful integration and adoption.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing Informatics Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Nursing Informatics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Information Systems, Electronic Health Records, And Clinical Workflows.
Familiarity With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel Or Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Educate Healthcare Professionals On Informatics Systems And Processes.
