High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Nurse Tech At Lifebridge Health Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Be Considered For The Position. This Education Requirement Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Core Academic Subjects And Is Able To Communicate Effectively.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Lifebridge Health Requires All Nurse Techs To Hold A Valid Cna Certification. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed An Accredited Training Program And Has The Necessary Skills And Knowledge To Provide Basic Nursing Care.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: As A Healthcare Organization, Lifebridge Health Places Great Importance On The Safety And Well-Being Of Its Patients. A Nurse Tech Must Hold A Valid Bls Certification To Be Able To Respond To Emergency Situations And Provide Basic Life Support If Needed.
Previous Healthcare Experience: While Not Always Required, Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting Is Highly Valued For A Nurse Tech Position At Lifebridge Health. This Can Include Work As A Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Or Other Hands-On Healthcare Experience.
