  1. Provide exceptional patient care: The PRN Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare team: The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans for patients.
  3. Assess and diagnose patients: The NP will be responsible for conducting thorough patient assessments, identifying any health issues, and making accurate diagnoses.
  4. Prescribe and administer treatment: The Nurse Practitioner will have the authority to prescribe medications and treatments to patients, as well as administer them as needed.
  5. Educate patients and families: The NP will be responsible for educating patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative measures.
  6. Maintain accurate patient records: The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
  7. Stay updated on industry developments: The PRN NP will be expected to stay informed about the latest developments and advancements in the healthcare industry to provide the best possible care to patients.
  8. Adhere to healthcare policies and procedures: The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to follow all healthcare policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
  9. Maintain professional standards: The NP will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Flexibility and availability: As a PRN position, the Nurse Practitioner must be flexible and available to work on an as-needed basis, including weekends and holidays.
  11. Continuously improve skills and knowledge: The PRN NP will be expected to participate in ongoing education and training to continuously improve their skills and knowledge in the field of healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing With Specialization In Advanced Practice Nursing, Such As Nurse Practitioner Or Nurse Midwife.

  • Current And Active Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Relevant Specialty, Such As Family Medicine Or Internal Medicine.

  • Bls And Acls Certification.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient Education And Counseling.
