1. Provide high-quality healthcare services to patients during overnight hours.
2. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
3. Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed.

5. Monitor and manage patients' conditions throughout the night, including administering medications and performing procedures.

7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and answering questions about their care.
8. Document all patient encounters and treatment plans accurately and timely.
9. Stay up-to-date on current medical practices and guidelines.
10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
11. Collaborate with other physicians and specialists as needed for the care of complex patients.
12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure that patient care meets or exceeds standards.
