  1. Lead a team of therapists: The Mental Health Therapist Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of therapists, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  2. Provide high-quality care: The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the team provides high-quality care to patients struggling with mental health issues, adhering to best practices and ethical standards.
  3. Set and maintain standards: The Team Lead will establish and maintain standards for the team's performance, ensuring that all therapists adhere to the same level of excellence in their work.
  4. Conduct assessments and treatment plans: The Team Lead will conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for patients, as well as monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other departments: The Team Lead will work closely with other departments and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients, including coordinating care plans and referrals.
  6. Train and develop team members: The Team Lead will provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of mental health therapy.
  7. Monitor and report on team performance: The Team Lead will track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address any issues.
  8. Ensure compliance: The Team Lead will ensure that all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Providing Mental Health Therapy, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Or Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc).

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Mental Health Therapists.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapy Techniques For A Variety Of Mental Health Disorders And Populations.
