- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and updating patient records.
