  2. Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  3. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or person.
  4. Collect and process patient payments and insurance information.
  5. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.
  6. Ensure patient forms and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Assist patients with general inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the medical practice.
  11. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
