At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Contact Center Agent to join our team and support the mission of delivering the highest quality of health care to our patients. The Medical Contact Center Agent will provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, handle incoming calls, and answer questions about medical services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to think quickly and problem solve on the spot.The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service or medical setting, strong computer literacy skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to establish trust with patients and families is essential.
