  1. Provide compassionate and skilled medical assistance to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Perform clinical and administrative duties in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  3. Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  5. Assist with patient intake, including obtaining vital signs, medical history, and chief complaint.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician.
  7. Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic procedures.
  8. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
  9. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff by following infection control and OSHA regulations.
  10. Attend regular training and continuing education programs to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  11. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and growth by actively seeking out opportunities for professional development.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  15. Act as a positive representative of the organization and its values to patients and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From An Accredited Institution

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Physician Practice Or Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Electronic Medical Record Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner

  • Ability To Perform Clinical Tasks, Including But Not Limited To Taking Vital Signs, Administering Injections, And Assisting With Minor Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Provide Quality Patient Care.
